The main produces are brake discs, brake drums, brake pads, clutch covers, clutch discs and malleable iron pipe fittings, which can be customized with various materials (malleable iron, gray iron, ductile iron) and precision castings of various shapes, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. It has 2 automatic vertical molding lines, 1 film sand production line and 1 sand regeneration line, and more than 100 sets of other professional production equipment. Independent physical and chemical testing laboratory, equipped with intelligent sand strength meter, carbon and sulfur analyzer, spectrometer, hydraulic universal testing machine and other advanced physical and chemical testing equipment.
